The Government through the Ministry of Education (MoE) in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA) is starting a process of hiring about One Thousand, Seven Hundred (1700) teachers to be placed in the classroom in gab created by the retirement of great men and women who have served the system over time.

The recruitment process according to a release form MoE, is going to be a transparent one and intended to select the best quality of qualified teachers to teach our young people.

‘This is the first time in a long time we have had this type of opportunity to employ so many teachers due to retirement,’ the MoE said.

Hundreds of teachers have been volunteering for decades with some barely surviving on handouts from educational institutions or poor parents.
